       The Committee on Commerce and Tourism (Torres) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 163 and 164
    4  insert:
    5         (5)Any business that is insured under an insurance policy
    6  providing coverage for premises liability shall receive a rebate
    7  of any insurance premiums paid or accrued from an insurance
    8  carrier or insurance provider for any period where the business
    9  was unable to use the business premises due to authoritative or
   10  controlling government-issued health standards or guidance.

   15  and insert:
   16         providing a statute of limitations; requiring that
