379.3016

Unlawful to sell alligator products; penalty.

(1)

It is unlawful for any person to sell any alligator product manufactured in the form of a stuffed baby alligator or other baby crocodilia.

(2)

No person shall sell any alligator product manufactured from a species which has been declared to be endangered by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service or the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

(3)

Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
