Rulemaking authority.

1002.79 Rulemaking authority.—

(1) The State Board of Education shall adopt rules under ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to administer the provisions of this part conferring duties upon the department.

(2) The Office of Early Learning shall adopt rules under ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to administer the provisions of this part conferring duties upon the ¹agency.

¹Note.—Section 1, ch. 2011-142, transferred the Office of Early Learning from the Agency for Workforce Innovation to the Department of Education; s. 479, ch. 2011-142, repealed s. 20.50, which created the Agency for Workforce Innovation.
