Rules; exemption from statement of estimated regulatory costs requirements.
663.319 Rules; exemption from statement of estimated regulatory costs requirements.—In addition to any other rulemaking authority it has under the financial institutions codes, the commission may adopt rules for the administration of regional development banks. Because of the difficulty in obtaining economic data with regard to such banks, no statement of estimated regulatory costs shall be required in connection with these rules.
