13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 2, between lines 18 and 19,

16  insert:

17         (4)  The department shall not issue a license by

18  endorsement to any applicant whose license to practice

19  pharmacy has been suspended or revoked in another state or to

20  any applicant who is currently the subject of any disciplinary

21  proceeding in another state.
