13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 75, lines 25 and 26, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (3)  A local government may submit up to two grant

18  applications during each application period announced by the

19  department. However, a local government may not have more than

20  three active projects expending grant funds during any state

21  fiscal year. The maximum project grant for each project

22  application may not exceed $200,000 in state funds.
