  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating a portion of State Road 50 in

  4         Orange County as Martin L. King, Jr., Drive;

  5         designating a portion of Dunn Avenue in

  6         Jacksonville as Dan Jones Avenue; directing the

  7         Department of Transportation to erect suitable

  8         markers; designating the Skypass Bridge in the

  9         City of Riviera Beach as the "L. E. Buie

10         Bridge"; directing the Department of

11         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

12         providing an effective date.

14  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

15  

16         Section 1.  Martin L. King, Jr., Drive designated;

17  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

18         (1)  That portion of State Road 50 from Ocoee to State

19  Road 436 in Orange County is designated as Martin L. King,

20  Jr., Drive.

21         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

22  erect suitable markers designating Martin L. King, Jr., Drive

23  as described in subsection (1).

24         Section 2.  (1)  That portion of Dunn Avenue in

25  Jacksonville between I-295 West and I-95 North is designated

26  as Dan Jones Avenue.

27         (2)  The Department of Transportation shall erect

28  suitable markers to commemorate this designation.

29         Section 3.  L. E. Buie Bridge designation; markers.--

 1         (1)  The Skypass Bridge (bridge number 930470) in the

 2  City of Riviera Beach in Palm Beach County is designated as

 3  the "L. E. Buie Bridge."

 4         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

 5  erect suitable markers designating the L. E. Buie Bridge as

 6  described in subsection (1).

 7         Section 4.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

 8  law.
