15 On page 46, between lines 3 and 4,

17 insert:
18 Section 27. In addition to the required Regulatory
19 Assessment Fees currently collected from the
20 telecommunications companies, there shall be not less than
21 $675,000 available annually from those companies subject to
22 this act to provide public service announcements to advertise
23 and promote the Lifeline Assistance Services Program provided
24 in this act. The Public Service Commission is authorized to
25 adopt any rules necessary to implement this section.
