17 Section 9. Subsection (13) of section 400.619, Florida
18 Statutes, is amended to read:
19 400.619 Licensure application and renewal.--
20 (13) All moneys collected under this section must be
21 deposited into the Department of Elderly Affairs
22 Administrative Trust Fund and used to offset the expenses of
23 departmental training and education for adult family-care home
24 providers.
