14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 31, between lines 9 and 10,
16  
17  insert:  
18         Section 3.  Each insurer writing a covered policy as
19  defined in section 215.555(2)(c), Florida Statutes, shall
20  include an appropriate adjustment, if any, to reflect the
21  provisions of this act not later than its next annual rate
22  filing or a certification as provided in section 627.0645,
23  Florida Statutes, for each line of insurance that includes
24  covered policies under section 215.555, Florida Statutes. No
25  adjustment is necessary if the rates are in compliance with
26  the requirements of section 627.062, Florida Statutes.
