14 On page 11, lines 27-30, delete those lines
15
16 and insert:
17 (12) The consolidation of platted or subdivided lots
18 in antiquated subdivisions, as defined in s. 380.031(22), in
19 order to allow replatting and reassembly for more appropriate
20 development that is consistent with the public policies of the
21 jurisdiction or for public use if:
22 (a) The subdivision contains no fewer than 100 lots;
23 (b) The plat of the subdivision was recorded as
24 provided by law, or approved pursuant to law but not recorded,
25 prior to 1980;
26 (c) Less than 20 percent of the total subdivision area
27 has been built into the uses of the subdivision's zoned or
28 land use purposes; and
29 (d) The municipality has amended its comprehensive
30 plan, pursuant to s. 163.3177(6)(a), to identify antiquated
31 subdivisions and included provisions to address problems with
