12 amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 5, between lines 29 and 30,

17 insert:
18 (d) An insurer issuing a policy subject to this
19 section may cancel the policy if, during the policy term, the
20 named insured or any other operator who resides in the same
21 household or customarily operates an automobile insured under
22 the policy has his or her driver's license suspended or
23 revoked.
24 (e) This subsection does not require an insurer to
25 offer a policy of insurance to an applicant if such offer
26 would be inconsistent with the insurer's underwriting
27 guidelines and procedures.
