14 On page 7, line 25, through page 8, line 4, delete

18 Section 4. Subject to an appropriation by the
19 Legislature, the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission
20 shall contract with Mote Marine Laboratory to conduct the
21 manatee habitat and submerged aquatic vegetation assessment as
22 provided in this act.
