  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to establish a trust fund

  4         within the Department of Juvenile Justice;

  5         providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to establish a

10  trust fund within the Department of Juvenile Justice.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
