13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 96, between lines 21 and 22,

16 insert:
17 (7) Notwithstanding subsections (2) and (5), a
18 district school board may expend funds generated under this
19 section to purchase the property and casualty insurance
20 associated with the educational plant of the district. Any
21 operating revenues made available through this section shall
22 be expended only for nonrecurring operational expenditures of
23 the school district.
