11 The Committee on Transportation (Bennett) recommended the
12 following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 5, between lines 27 and 28,

17 insert:
18 Section 2. (1) Beginning July 1, 2007, and
19 notwithstanding any other provision of law, any county which
20 has not adopted an ordinance establishing maximum rates which
21 may be charged for the towing and storage of vehicles as
22 required under s. 125.0103 or s. 166.043, shall be ineligible
23 to receive non-federal discretionary transportation funds from
24 the State Transportation Trust Fund.
