15 On page 1, line 24, delete that line

17 and insert:
18 Section 2. This act shall take effect on the first day
19 of the month following the completion of studies conducted by
20 the Florida Building Commission with respect to that provision
21 in s. 109(3) of chapter 2000-141, Laws of Florida, under which
22 only land within 1 mile of the coast from the eastern border
23 of Franklin County westward is subject to windborne-debris
24 requirements.
