12 following amendment to amendment (374704):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 7, between lines 9 and 10,

17 insert:
18 (g) Security improvements identified by a seaport risk
19 assessment report or specific recommendations for security
20 improvements required by the Department of Law Enforcement in
21 its audit shall be delivered to the appropriate regional
22 domestic security task force and the Domestic Security
23 Oversight council for consideration for inclusion in the
24 prioritized list of projects recommended by the council for
25 funding each fiscal year.
