14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 3, lines 25 and 26, delete those lines

17 and insert: 6. The records containing the findings of a
18 student's drug test held by the testing agency that contracts
19 with the organization for the testing program under this
20 subsection must be maintained separately from a student's
21 educational records and in accordance with s. 1002.22(3)(d),
