12 (Alexander) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 19, lines 22-31, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 Section 9. Paragraphs (c) and (d) are added to
19 subsection (10) of section 120.65, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 120.65 Administrative law judges.--
21 (10) Not later than February 1 of each year, the
22 division shall issue a written report to the Administrative
23 Procedures Committee and the Administration Commission,
24 including at least the following information:
25 (c) Recommendations as to those types of cases or
26 disputes which should be conducted under the summary hearing
27 process described in s. 120.574.
28 (d) A report regarding each agency's compliance with
29 the filing requirement in s. 120.57(1)(m).
