14 On page 5, lines 10-19, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 Section 3. Section 627.7072, Florida Statutes, is
18 amended to read:
19 627.7072 Testing standards for sinkholes.--
20 (1) The professional engineer and professional
21 geologist shall perform such tests as sufficient, in their
22 professional opinion, to determine the presence or absence of
23 sinkhole loss or other cause of damage within reasonable
24 professional probability and for the professional engineer to
25 make recommendations regarding necessary building
26 stabilization and foundation repair.
27 (2) Testing by a professional geologist shall be
28 conducted in compliance with the Florida Geological Survey
29 Special Publication No. 57 (2005).
