3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Remove everything after the enacting clause and insert:
5     Section 1.  Subsection (1) of section 206.9945, Florida
6Statutes, is amended to read:
7     206.9945  Funds collected; disposition; department
8authority.--
9     (1)  The department shall deposit all funds received and
10collected by it under this part into the Fuel Tax Collection
11Trust Fund to be transferred, less the costs of administration
12and less the service charges to be deducted pursuant to s.
13215.20, as follows:
14     (a)  Moneys collected pursuant to s. 206.9935(1) and tax
15revenues collected pursuant to s. 207.003 at the rates specified
16in s. 206.9935(3) shall be transferred to the Florida Coastal
17Protection Trust Fund as provided in s. 376.11;
18     (b)  Moneys collected pursuant to s. 206.9935(2) shall be
19transferred to the Water Quality Assurance Trust Fund as
20provided in s. 376.307; and
21     (c)  Moneys collected pursuant to s. 206.9935(3), less any
22refunds granted under s. 206.9942, shall be transferred to the
23Inland Protection Trust Fund as provided in s. 376.3071. This
24paragraph does not apply to moneys collected pursuant to s.
25207.003 and transferred pursuant to paragraph (a).
26     Section 2.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2007.

33providing for the distribution of funds to the Florida

35relative to the distribution of funds to the Inland
36Protection Trust Fund do not apply to the distribution of
37funds to the Florida Coastal Protection Trust Fund;
38providing an effective date.
