12 following amendment:

15 On page 1, line 29, through
16 page 2, line 4, delete those lines

18 and insert:
19 3. For a second conviction, By mandatory placement for
20 a period of at least 1 year, at the convicted person's sole
21 expense, of an ignition interlock device approved by the
22 department in accordance with s. 316.1938 upon all vehicles
23 that are individually or jointly leased or owned and routinely
24 operated by the convicted person, when the convicted person
25 qualifies for a permanent or restricted license for:.
26 a. At least 6 months for a first conviction when the
27 convicted person has been referred to a substance abuse
28 treatment provider, as provided in subsection (5).
29 b. At least 1 year for a second conviction. The
