GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 Appropriations ; Wise
Public School Utilization [SPCC]; establishes Increased Utilization Program as part of Public Education Capital Outlay & Debt Service Trust Fund; provides formula for allocation of funds to school district that increases its FTE facility capacity; provides eligibility requirements & restrictions; authorizes use of alternative, nontraditional school calendars for purposes of meeting constitutional class size maximums. Amends 1013.64, 1003.03.
