12 recommended the following substitute for amendment (944464):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 7, lines 1-9, delete those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 (8) Funds appropriated by the Legislature for the
19 Florida Work Experience Program shall be deposited in the
20 State Student Financial Assistance Trust Fund. The Chief
21 Financial Officer shall authorize expenditures from the trust
22 fund upon receipt of vouchers approved by the Department of
23 Education. Any balance therein at the end of any fiscal year
24 that has been allocated to the program shall remain therein
25 and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the
26 program.
