12 Appropriations (Webster) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 44, between lines 2 and 3,

17 insert:
18 Section 37. Subsection (10) is added to section
19 106.08, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 106.08 Contributions; limitations on.--
21 (10) Contributions to a political committee or
22 committee of continuous existence may be received by an
23 affiliated organization and transferred to the bank account of
24 the political committee or committee of continuous existence
25 via check written from the affiliated organization if such
26 contributions are specifically identified as intended to be
27 contributed to the political committee or committee of
28 continuous existence. All contributions received in this
29 manner shall be reported pursuant to s. 106.07 by the
30 political committee or committee of continuous existence as
31 having been made by the original contributor.
