18 Section 14. Subsection (7) of section 99.012, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 99.012 Restrictions on individuals qualifying for
21 public office.--
22 (7) This section does not apply to:
23 (a) Political party offices.
24 (b) Persons serving without salary as members of an
25 appointive board or authority.
26 (c) Persons seeking the office of President or Vice
27 President of the United States of America.
