  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to adjustments to

  3         appropriations for the Department of

  4         Agriculture and Consumer Services; expressing

  5         the legislative intent to conform Florida law

  6         to adjustments to appropriations for the

  7         Department of Agriculture and Consumer

  8         Services; providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to conform Florida

13  law to adjustments to appropriations for the Department of

14  Agriculture and Consumer Services.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
