     Delete lines 150 through 154

and insert:

Notwithstanding s. 213.053, each eligible nonprofit scholarship-

7

funding organization shall make available to the public a list of

8

taxpayers making an eligible contribution to the eligible

9

nonprofit scholarship-funding organization and the amount of each

10

eligible contribution. Any and all information and documentation

11

provided to the Department of Education and the Auditor General

12

relating to the identity of a taxpayer that provides an eligible

13

contribution under this section shall remain confidential at all

14

times in accordance with s. 213.053.

insert:
