Property Tax Payments; Authorizes governing bodies of charter counties to limit amount of interest charged for unpaid property taxes; eliminates minimum charge for late property tax payment in charter counties; provides that interest on unpaid portion of property taxes accrues daily in charter counties; authorizes governing bodies of charter counties to require tax collectors to accept certain partial payments of property taxes.
