Education/Children in Shelter Care or Foster Care [SPSC]; Requires the Department of Education and district school boards to access the Florida Safe Families Network to obtain information about children known to the Department of Children and Family Services. Provides requirements for educational placement. Requires DCFS, AHCA, & residential facilities licensed by APD to notify certain school districts following the placement of an exceptional student in a private residential care facility, etc.
