3     Amendment to Amendment (257873) (with title amendment)
4     Between lines 2129 and 2130, insert:
5     Section 18.  In the interest of full disclosure and
6transparency to insurance policy owners and since most insurance
7policies sold in this state are subject to assessments to make
8up for the funding deficiencies of the Citizens Property
9Insurance Corporation or the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund,
10the following warning shall be printed in bold type of not less
11than 16 points and shall be displayed on the declarations page
12or on the renewal notice of every insurance policy sold or
13issued in this state that is or may be subject to assessment by
14the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation or the Florida
15Hurricane Catastrophe Fund:

WARNING
18The premium you are about to pay may NOT be the full cost
19of this insurance policy. If a hurricane strikes Florida,
20you may be forced to pay additional moneys to offset the
21inability of the state-owned Citizens Property Insurance
22Corporation or the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to
23pay claims resulting from the losses due to the  
24hurricane.
