3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Between lines 2634 and 2635, insert:
5     Section 22.  In the interest of full disclosure and
6transparency to real property insurance policy owners and since
7most real property insurance policies sold in this state are
8subject to assessments to make up for the funding deficiencies
9of the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation or the Florida
10Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, the following warning shall be
11printed in bold type of not less than 16 points and shall be
12displayed on the declarations page or on the renewal notice of
13every real property insurance policy sold or issued in this
14state that is or may be subject to assessment by the Citizens
15Property Insurance Corporation or the Florida Hurricane
16Catastrophe Fund:

WARNING
19The premium you are about to pay may NOT be the full cost
20of this insurance policy. If a hurricane strikes Florida,
21you may be forced to pay additional moneys to offset the
22inability of the state-owned Citizens Property Insurance
23Corporation or the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to
24pay claims resulting from the losses due to the  
25hurricane.
