GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Commerce ; Ring

Offenses Against Computer Users [CPSC]; Defines terms for purposes of the Florida Computer Crimes Act. Prohibits a person who is not an owner or operator of a computer from causing computer software to be copied on a computer knowingly, with conscious avoidance of actual knowledge, or willfully and without authorization taking specified actions with respect to a computer. Provides that a violation of the act is a felony of the third degree, etc.
