GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Crist

State Judicial System [WPSC]; Authorizes any county court judge to be designated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to preside over circuit court cases. Eliminates future repeal of authority for part-time assistant criminal conflict and civil regional counsel to practice private criminal law under specified conditions. Revises the distribution of fees and costs collected from persons who receive certain assistance from a public defender's office, etc.

Effective Date: 06/01/2009 except as otherwise provided
