       Senator Sobel moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 68 - 75
    4  and insert:
    5         (e) Provide a mechanism to obtain consent from the
    6  prescriber prior to dispensing any substitution of drugs by
    7  using a method of communication designated by the prescriber on
    8  the prescription for such purposes. The method of communication
    9  designated by the prescriber shall be noted in the patient’s
   10  chart.
