GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Community Affairs ; Bennett

Building Safety [EPSC]; Exempts certain elevators from provisions requiring modifications to heat sensors and electronic controls. Provides an alternative method to allow regional emergency elevator access. Revises the term "home inspection services" to include the visual examination of additional components. Repeals specified provision relating to requirements for 5-year inspections of certain condominium improvements, etc.
