Homeless/Employment/Corporate Income Tax Credit [CPSC]; Specifies the order for applying the tax credit for employment of the homeless. Provides a tax credit for a corporation that hires a homeless person residing in a transitional housing facility. Specifies the information that must be provided to the DOR when applying for the credit. Provides penalties for fraudulently claiming the tax credit. Limits the total amount of tax credits that may be granted per taxable year, etc.
