       Senator Lynn moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 20 - 27
    4  and insert:
    5         (cc) Choose Life license plate, $25 $20.
    6         (qqq) Go Green Florida license plate, $25.
    7         (rrr) Florida Biodiversity Foundation license plate, $25.
    8         (sss) Toomey Foundation for the Natural Sciences license
    9  plate, $25.
   10         (ttt) Trinity license plate, $25.
   11         Section 2.  Paragraphs (c) and (d) are added to subsection
   12  (29) of section 320.08058, Florida Statutes, and subsections
   13  (69), (70), (71), and (72) are added to that section to read:
   14         320.08058 Specialty license plates.—
   15         (29) CHOOSE LIFE LICENSE PLATES.—
   16         (c) Choose Life, Inc., a nonprofit entity under s.
   17  501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, shall receive 10 percent
   18  of the fees, which shall be used for administrative expenses and
   19  for marketing the license plate.
   20         (d) Choose Life license plate funds generated in counties
   21  that do not have a qualified service provider or have not
   22  submitted an attestation within the last 12 months shall be
   23  redistributed by the department, in an equitable manner, to
   24  counties having a qualified service provider.

   27         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   28         Delete lines 14 - 16
   29  and insert:
   30         Section 1. Paragraph (cc) of subsection (4) of section
   31  320.08056, Florida Statutes, is amended, and paragraphs (qqq),
   32  (rrr), (sss), and (ttt) are added to that subsection to read:
