GENERAL BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs ; Ring

Human Vaccinations [SPSC]; Prohibits the sale, purchase, manufacture, delivery, importation, administration, and distribution of certain vaccines containing organic or inorganic mercury compounds in excess of a certain amount. Revises requirements for the administration of certain vaccines required for school entry. Authorizes a parent, legal guardian, or authorized person to choose an alternative immunization schedule under certain conditions, etc.
