       Senator Garcia moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (927562) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 16 - 18
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 3. Subsections (5), (12), and (13) of section
    7  718.111, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
    8         718.111 The association.—
    9         (5) RIGHT OF ACCESS TO UNITS.—The association has the
   10  irrevocable right of access to each unit during reasonable
   11  hours, when necessary for the maintenance, repair, or
   12  replacement of any common elements or of any portion of a unit
   13  to be maintained by the association pursuant to the declaration
   14  or as necessary to prevent damage to the common elements or to a
   15  unit or units. Except in cases of emergency, the association
   16  must give the unit owner advance written notice of not less than
   17  24 hours of its intent to access the unit and such access must
   18  be by two persons, one of whom must be a member of the board of
   19  administration or a manager or employee of the association and
   20  one of whom must be an authorized representative of the
   21  association. The identity of the authorized representative
   22  seeking access to the unit shall be provided to the unit owner
   23  prior to entering the unit.

   30  association access to a unit be by two persons, one of whom must

   32  providing an exception for emergencies; providing
