       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Fasano)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 136 and 137
    4  insert:
    5  (3)(f)A local government’s comprehensive plan and plan
    6  amendments for land uses within all transportation concurrency
    7  exception areas that are designated and maintained in accordance
    8  with s. 163.3180(5) shall be deemed to meet the requirement in
    9  this section to achieve and maintain level-of-service standards
   10  for transportation.

   15  and insert:
