       The Committee on Community Affairs (Bennett) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 469 and 470
    4  insert:
    5         Section 5. Subsection (7) is added to section 163.3187,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         163.3187 Amendment of adopted comprehensive plan.—
    8         (7) Text amendments to the goals, objectives, or policies
    9  of the local government’s comprehensive plan may be made not
   10  more than two times during any calendar year.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 50 and 51
   15  insert:
   16  amending s. 163.3187, F.S.; clarifying that text amendments can
   17  be made only twice a year;
