GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Community Affairs ; Bennett

Growth Management [EPSC]; Requires the Office of Economic and Demographic Research to annually calculate the population and density criteria needed to determine which jurisdictions qualify as dense urban land areas. Authorizes the state land planning agency to allow for a projected 5-year capital outlay full-time equivalent student growth rate to exceed certain percent under certain circumstances. Revises criteria for proportionate-share contributions, etc.
