       Senator Aronberg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (934838) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 5 - 80
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Paragraph (c) is added to subsection (29),
    6  paragraph (b) of subsection (32) and subsection (35) of section
    7  320.08058, Florida Statutes, are amended, and subsections (69)
    8  through (78) are added to that section, to read:
    9         (29) CHOOSE LIFE LICENSE PLATES.—
   10         (c)Choose Life license plate funds generated in counties
   11  that do not have a qualified service provider or have not
   12  submitted an attestation within the last 12 months shall be
   13  redistributed by the department, in an equitable manner, to
   14  counties having a qualified service provider. As used in this
   15  subsection, the term “qualified service provider” means an
   16  entity that provides medically accurate information and
   17  materials with reference sources for statements of a medical
   18  nature. Sources may include entities such as the Centers for
   19  Disease Control and Prevention, the American College of
   20  Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and peer-reviewed health
   21  science journals such as the Journal of the American Medical
   22  Association.
