Service Contracts/Automatic Renewal [CPSC]; Provides definitions. Requires persons, firms, or corporations that sell services to consumers pursuant to certain contracts to disclose automatic renewal provisions. Provides disclosure requirements. Provides exceptions to the disclosure requirements. Provides that certain violations will render an automatic renewal provision void and unenforceable. Provides applicability.
