       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Lawson)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Delete lines 2082 - 2086
    5  and insert:
    6         (10) Intertrack wagering shall not be authorized for any
    7  quarter horse permitholder without the written consent of all
    8  greyhound, harness, and thoroughbred permitholders whose pari
    9  mutuel facilities are located within 50 air miles of such
   10  quarter horse permitholder’s pari-mutuel facility.

   14         Delete line 121
   15  and insert:
   16  application provisions; deleting a requirement for a quarter
   17  horse permitholder to have the consent of certain other permit
   18  holders within a certain distance to engage in intertrack
   19  wagering; amending s. 550.3355, F.S.;
