Developments of Regional Impact [EPSC]; Includes certain port-related industrial or commercial project facilities within the list of facilities that are not developments of regional impact under certain circumstances. Provides that certain exempt uses that are part of a larger project that is subject to development-of-regional-impact review are exempt from such review under certain circumstances.
