Autism; Requires that physician refer minor child to appropriate specialist for screening for autism spectrum disorder under certain circumstances; excepts physicians providing certain emergency care; requires health insurance plan coverage for evaluation & diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder; requires HMOs to provide direct patient access to appropriate specialist for screening, evaluation, & diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.
