Condominiums and Multifamily Dwellings [CPSC]; Provides an exemption, if certain conditions are met, from the requirement that certain condominiums install a manual fire alarm system as required in the Life Safety Code. Prohibits an authority having jurisdiction from requiring the completion of retrofitting of common areas with a sprinkler system before a specified date.
